Day 1 : Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Gorges

Pickup from your hotel at 8 A.M. to begin the journey to the Sahara Desert, passing through traditional Berber villages in the High Atlas Mountains.
Drive up the stunning Tizin Tichka pass, reaching an altitude of 2,210 meters.
Visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site and filming location for movies like Gladiator, Game of Thrones, and The Mummy.
Continue to Ouarzazate, the center city of the Sahara, for lunch
Explore the Skoura Palmery and the unique Kasbah of Taourirt, historically a route for travelers through the Sahara.
Stop at the Valley of Roses, known for rose production and natural rock formations. Opportunity to purchase local rosewater if desired.
Arrive in Dades Valley, enjoy dinner, and spend the night in a local Riad or hotel.

Day 2 : Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Merzouga

Depart from Dades Gorges and drive along the “Road of the Thousand Kasbahs,” known for its impressive Kasbahs and ancient ruins.
Reach the town of Tinghir and visit the Todra Gorges, with time for walking and photography.
Continue to Merzouga with a lunch stop en route to Erfoud.
Arrive at Erg Chebbi around 4 P.M. and meet the camel caravan.
Ride camels through the dunes of Erg Chebbi to reach the desert camp. Option to climb a higher dune to enjoy the sunset.
Have dinner around a campfire, followed by Berber music and storytelling. Overnight stay in the desert camp.

Day 3 : Merzouga – Ouarzazate

Early wake-up to catch the desert sunrise if you enjoyed the previous night’s sunset and starry sky.
Breakfast at the camp before returning to the hotel to shower.
Depart for Ouarzazate, driving by Rissani with an optional visit to a fossilized marble workshop, and through the valleys of Agdez and Draa.
Arrive in Ouarzazate for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4 : Ouarzazate – Marrakech

Morning exploration of Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Morocco,” including museums, cinemas, and filming studios.
Begin the drive back to Marrakech via the famous Tizin Tichka pass.
Arrive in Marrakech and transfer to your Riad or Hotel.
