Tour Description
Start with a transfer to your Fez accommodation. On Day 2, travel through Ifrane, Azrou, and the Ziz Valley to Erfoud and Merzouga, with a night at a local hotel. Day 3 includes a visit to Khamlia, a nomadic family, and a camel trek, concluding with a Berber tent stay. On Day 4, explore Rissani and Todra Gorge before arriving in Dades Valley for dinner and overnight. Day 5 features a drive through the Valley of Roses and a visit to Ouarzazate, including the Kasbah of Taourirt. End on Day 6 with a tour of Marrakech’s highlights before your airport transfer.

Schedule
- Begin your journey with pick-up from your hotel in Fez, traveling towards Merzouga through the Middle and High Atlas mountains.
- Stop in Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco,” for its unique architecture and climate.
- Explore Azrou’s cedar forests, home to wild macaque monkeys that you can feed and photograph.
- Enjoy lunch in Midelt and take some time to relax.
- Visit a fossilized marble workshop in Erfoud.
- Drive through the scenic Ziz Valley and stop to photograph ancient village ruins.
- Arrive at the stunning Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga. Rest with a cup of traditional mint tea and spend the night at a local hotel.
- Visit the village of Khamlia to experience traditional Gnaoua music from the Touareg people.
- Meet a nomadic family and learn about their simple way of life.
- Have lunch under the shade of an Acacia tree in the desert.

- After breakfast, drive through the Valley of Roses to Kelaa M’Gouna, the Moroccan capital of roses, known for its annual rose festival in May.
- Have lunch at a local restaurant near the valley.
- Arrive in Ouarzazate, the Hollywood of Morocco, and visit the famous Kasbah of Taourirt.
- Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Ouarzazate.
- Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, an important cultural and historical site and filming location for many international movies.
- Stop at the Talouet Kasbah for lunch.
- Drive back to Marrakech through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizin Tichka mountain pass.
- Make several stops along the way to capture the beautiful sights of the area.
- Spend the night in a genuine Riad or hotel in the heart of the old Medina in Marrakech.
- Dedicate the day to exploring Marrakech with a guided tour of the city’s most important historical monuments, including the Majorelle Gardens, Koutoubia Tower, Saadian Tombs, and Bahia Palace.
