Experience a captivating 3-day journey from Fez to the Sahara Desert. Begin by exploring the picturesque Ifrane and the scenic Ziz Valley on your way to Merzouga. Spend a day discovering local culture with a visit to the Touareg people and enjoy a camel trek through the stunning dunes of Erg Chebbi. Conclude with visits to Rissani and Erfoud before returning to Fez.

Schedule
- Depart from Fez and begin the journey towards Merzouga, passing through the Middle and High Atlas mountains.
- Stop in Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco” for its distinctive architecture and climate.
- Enjoy lunch in Midelt and take some time to relax.
- Continue to Erfoud, passing through the scenic Ziz Valley.
- Make a photo stop to capture the breathtaking views of the valley and its ancient village ruins.
- Arrive in Merzouga and check into a local hotel for the night.
- Visit the village of Khamlia to experience traditional Gnaoua music performed by the Touareg people.
- Explore the nomadic lifestyle by visiting a local nomadic family.
- Enjoy lunch under the shade of an Acacia tree in the desert.
- Return to the hotel for some relaxation and traditional mint tea.
- Embark on a camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes.
- Capture sunset photos of the dunes lit by the scarlet sky.
