Discover Morocco’s diverse landscapes on this 8-day adventure. Begin in Marrakech before traveling through the Atlas Mountains and the Draa Valley to Zagora for a camel trek and desert camp. Explore Rissani, Merzouga’s dunes, and the Todra Gorges. Travel through the Dades Valley and Rose Valley to Ait Ben Haddou, then return to Marrakech via the Ounila Valley. Enjoy a day exploring Marrakech’s highlights before your tour ends.

Schedule
- Arrival at Marrakech Airport.
- Transfer to your Riad or hotel for check-in.
- Overnight stay at the Riad or hotel.
- Start the journey to the Sahara.
- Drive through the traditional Berber Villages and up to the Tizin Tichka pass (2,210 meters).
- Visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site and filming location for movies such as Gladiator and Game of Thrones.
- Arrive in Zagora and begin the Camel Trekking experience with local guides.
- Ride camels through desert dunes at sunset and reach a desert camp.
- Enjoy dinner around a campfire with Berber music and storytelling.
- Overnight stay in the desert camp.
- Travel towards Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga.
- Drive through the Draa Valley and stop for lunch at Alnif.
- Visit Rissani, known for its historical significance and as a market town for Sub
- Saharan caravans.
- Continue to the Erg Chebbi dunes for your second camel trek.
- Arrive at a Berber-style camp for an overnight stay.
- Optionally catch the desert sunrise early in the morning.
- Breakfast at the camp and return to town by camel.
- Visit Erfoud, known for its fossilized marble.
- Explore the Oasis of Tafilat and its old irrigation system.
- Wander around the Todra Gorges and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in the canyons.
- Visit Tinghir to explore its old Jewish quarter.
- Overnight stay in the Todra Gorges area.
- Travel from Dades Valley through the Road of the Thousand Kasbahs.
- Reach Kalaa Mgouna, known as the city of roses, and visit during the Rose Festival in May.
- Continue to Skoura Palmery and then to Ait Ben Haddou.
- Lunch at a neighboring village with panoramic views of the Kasbah.
- Hike a small hill for a panoramic view over the Kasbah and the village.
- Overnight stay near Ait Ben Haddou.
- Drive back to Marrakech through the Ounila Valley, an ancient caravan route.
- Stop for lunch in the village of Talouet and visit its Kasbah.
- Continue through the High Atlas Mountains to Marrakech.
- Overnight stay in Marrakech.
- Explore Marrakech after breakfast.
- Visit iconic attractions including: ( Menara Gardens, Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace, Koutoubia Mosque, Majorelle Garden, Traditional souks )
- Experience the vibrant Djemaa El Fna Square with its music, dancing, storytelling, and artisanal products.
